About this role
We’re looking for sales-minded individuals who are interested in moving into a “client searching role” as a Sales Recruiter.
Other traits
- Cold call potential clients
- Email businesses
- Contact big businesses for investment/collaboration opportunities
- Host events
- Research and create recruitment tactics
- Create a list of areas to target
- Identify places to place ads with pricing alongside the marketing team
- Find protocols and procedures to be educational consultants for at least 10 school districts, including but not limited to the tai-state area.
- Look for master school lists to send flyers/emails to parents
- Print and mail out flyers
- Put together pitch to recruit guest artists for the website
Skills and requirements
- Accept full responsibility for results
- Above-average ambition and desire to succeed
- Above-average willpower and determination (self-discipline is key)
- Intensely goal-oriented
- High level of customer service experience
- "Does-not-take-no" personality
- The ability to approach strangers, even when it's uncomfortable
