About this role
A Graphic Design Intern helps assist with designing digital and print materials, creating social media graphics, and helping maintain brand consistency across platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across departments to help develop compelling visuals, support marketing campaigns, and ensure our messaging is presented in a visually engaging and professional way.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop branding material, including brochures, posters, logos and other communications materials
- Create illustrations for print and digital platforms
- Create personalized digital portfolio
- Provide editorial/design inputs to enhance CHOYCES website
- Create graphically engaging presentations and materials
- Edit images for communications activities
- Participate in organizing and setting up for special events organized by CHOYCES as necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary
Skills and requirements
- Have advanced knowledge of adobe suite (PS, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Knowledge of design, typography and production of printing and web.
- Have great teamwork skills
- Have communication skills, being open to making edits
- Listens to others, correctly interprets messages from others and responds appropriately and asks questions to clarify, and exhibits interest in having two-way communication
