About this role
We’re looking for an IT Specialist to join our team to provide technical support for users (hardware & software issues), manage configuration and operation of operating systems, monitor company network, etc…
Other traits
- Provide technical support to users for both hardware and software issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems (Site, Drive, and Storage)
- Monitor the company network daily and respond to usability concerns
- Administrate firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other related systems
- Install and test computer related equipment
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and solve password issues
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Provide procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Ensure data storage is safe and secure
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and requirements
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Support multiple priorities by multitasking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of modern programming stacks (LAMP, MEAN)
- Knowledgeable of programming best practices (Design patterns, Data Structures)
- Understanding of modern programming stacks (LAMP, MEAN)
- Agile development experience
