About this role
A business manager intern is responsible for strategizing for the organization. You will be connecting with different departments. Many of these meetings will be directly set on your calendar. We have very clear expectations so you will know where you stand at all times
Key Responsibilities
- Take sales calls with prospects and existing customers and strategize with them
- Attend weekly meetings with the sales/marketing team for training opportunities
- Host meetings on company objectives and special tasks
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
- Collect data from attendance forms/task forms
- Develop sales training with the Sales Recruitment team
- Point of contact for interns
- Helping with school approval form
Skills and requirements
- Able to adapt to changes quickly
- Good over the Phone/Zoom
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-Directed
- Exceptional time management skills
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Open to growing rapidly
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Business Manager
