We’re looking for a creative Social Media Expert to join our team.
Your new role
As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work with our marketing team to help develop brand awareness about our company through social media

- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Define the most important social media KPIs Work with the team’s graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Hire and train others in the team
- Provide constructive feedback
Skills and requirements
- Degree, certification, or course in a related field
- Social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Experience with performing audience and buyer persona research
