About this role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Human Resources Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day operations and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Intern will assist with recruitment processes, onboarding activities, maintaining personnel records, and supporting team development programs. In this role, you will collaborate with HR team members across departments to help coordinate training, track HR metrics, and ensure a positive experience for employees while gaining hands-on exposure to HR practices.




Key Responsibilities
- Handle the screening and the interviewing process
- Post job openings
- Source candidates
- Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Onboarding – Work with hiring managers to ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and ensure all paperwork is correctly completed
- Create personalized digital portfolio
Skills and requirements
- Exceptional recruiting, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious personality type—able to juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
- Excellent communication skills and messaging ability
- Ownership and accountability—a “buck stops here” attitude—happy to take ownership for open jobs, projects, and problems and make sure they are executed to the highest standards
- Career-oriented, searching for unlimited opportunities
- Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently as if running your own business
- Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas
